Trans Self-Defense Workshop

In this workshop, we'll cover safety-planning, de-escalation skills, key practices for supporting survivors of domestic and intimate partner violence, and basic self-defense moves. Dress comfortably. We will not be doing any intense self-defense moves but we will move around. Modifications to moves will be offered for folks of varying abilities.
