Connor has over a decade of experience building and facilitating diverse coalitions to achieve policy change, support local communities, and provide professional education and development. They organize at all levels of government for reliable, sustainable, and accessible public transportation across Pennsylvania, knitting together the needs of riders and workers in rural and urban communities.

Without new state funding by June 30, SEPTA faces service cuts and fare increases of over 20% each, triggering a death spiral of reduced revenue and ridership, just as we encounter a federal government retreat in support for public goods.
