About the Event
A "speaking circle," also known as a "talking circle," is a practice in which a group of people sits in a circle and takes turns speaking on a specific topic. The goal is to create a safe space where everyone can share their thoughts and perspectives equally, ensuring that each voice is heard and respected without interruption or judgment. This practice is often used to facilitate deep, meaningful conversations and to foster a sense of community.
COVID Reminders: Help us stay safe. If you have cold or flu symptoms, please skip this event and return when you feel better. Masking is voluntary but advised if you or family members are particularly vulnerable.
