Thinking traps are often not correct and can reinforce negative thinking. They can become a habit and convince us that we are not good enough or make us forget about our strengths. Thinking traps can sometimes keep us stuck in a pattern of negative thinking. RSVP to receive the meeting link.

About the Event
The LGBTQIA+ community faces many unique challenges that require resilience - the ability to bounce back in challenging times. The good news is that resilience is a skill that can be learned and developed. The main goal of the Resilience Resource Center is to provide and support programs that foster resilience in the LGBTQIA+ community.
