Youβll practice compassionate conversation skills, learn evidence-based suicide-prevention questions, and create personalized safety plans. π¬ The session includes grounding tools and local + national crisis resources β from Montgomery County Mobile Crisis (855-634-HOPE) and Lenape Valley Foundation to 988 Lifeline, The Trevor Project, and Trans Lifeline. π
