About the Event

🎨 Art for Resilience – Event Series
Every other Sunday this fall, the Resilience Resource Center invites LGBTQIA+ youth to explore creativity, connection, and self-expression through our Art for Resilience workshop series—completely free thanks to the generous support of the Tigris Foundation. 💛 We’re so grateful for this partnership, which helps us bring affirming, community-centered art experiences to life.
Event Summary:
Design it. Wear it. Share it. 🎨👚 In this expressive workshop, visiting artist Dusty Flath will help youth create custom buttons, patches, and t-shirts—art you can wear that reflects your voice, your story, and your identity.
This session is all about Connection & Community—because wearable art isn’t just fashion, it’s communication. It helps us say who we are and find others who resonate with us. Come create something that speaks you.
